Tenders are invited for Establishing an EvidenceBased National Adaptation Plan (NAP) process at National and Subnational Scales in Cambodia Phase I Post Level Consulting Services Companies/Firm (CS5), Output base Assignment Title Establishing the twinning relationships with developed country institutions to support Cambodian university teams Contract Type Contractual Service (Companies/Firm) Duty Station GDPS, MoE, Phnom Penh, Cambodia Report to National Project Director, National Project Manager and National Technical Advisor Assignment Duration 3 Months (SeptemberDecember 2025) Scope of Work With the advice from Naonal Project Director/Manager, NTA, and Consultant Service will provide technical and administrave support to implement project outcome, output, acvies, specifically to select organizaon as firm/company will coordinate and establish twinning relaonships between Cambodian instuons (Royal University of Agriculture, Royal University of Phnom Penh, Instute of Technology of Cambodia, Prek Leap Naonal Instute of Agriculture, and DST) and partner instuons or professional teams from developed countries. Organizaon as firm/company will manage these partnerships to strengthen instuonal capacity in climate change adaptaon research and educaon. The assignment requires strong partnership management skills, experse in academic capacity building, and experience in facilitang internaonal instuonal collaboraon. The organizaon will serve as the primary coordinator between all parcipang instuons while ensuring alignment with the projects broader goals of strengthening Cambodias climate change adaptaon capabilies.
