Norad Has Been Given The Task Of Managing Grants For Long -Term Assistance In Developing Countries And For Humanitarian Assistance, As Well As Providing Aid -Related And Administrative Advice To The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs, Including The Foreign Stations, And To Kld. Norad Has Also Been Given Responsibility For System Development, Guidance And Routines For The Management Of Grant Funds On Program Area 03. This Includes Responsibility For The Development, Approval And Operation Of The Common Tools For Grant Management. The Systems Must Meet The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs And The Needs Of The Embassies. Todays System Portfolio For Grant Management Supports These Tasks To Varying Degrees, And It Is Challenging To Practice Proper And Efficient High -Quality Subsidy Management As The Instruction Requires. An Investigation And A Subsequent Market Dialogue Concluded That Norad Will Take Responsibility For Developing The Digital Solutions Himself, The Product Designer Will Contribute With The Consequences Of Tasks Together With The Two Product Teams. One Team Is Responsible For Creating A New Digital Case Management System That Will Replace Todays Solutions, Including Migrate Out Of The Old System. The Other Team Will Create Data And Analysis Products. It Is A Requirement For A Person In A 100% Position. • Be Responsible For Safeguarding The User Experience (Ux), Also In The User Interface (Ui) In The Design Of A New Solution • Be Responsible For Designing Solutions That Are Available And Usable For As Many As Possible, Regardless Of Functional Ability (Uu) • Plan And Conduct Workshops And Other Insight Work With The Team • Visualize Insights Into Use By Internal Communication And Anchoring • Attend Weekly Exploration Meeting With The Team, Create Prototypes And Test Different Concepts With Users • Assist In The Work Of Mapping And Planning For Migration From Old Subject System To A New Fully Figurted Solution With The Team • Contribute To Interdisciplinary Discussions In The Team To Develop Solutions In Line With The Businesss Goals And Users Needs.
