That Is, The Services Tendered Under The Following Program Should Always Consider Potential Synergies With Other Measures And Projects Within The Planned Program. The Terms Of Reference Present Describe The Conditions Of The Tender Of Services Under One Of The Projects Within The Program - Of The Integra Pacific Project - Economic Participation Of Displaced Women, Population Lgbtiq+ And Women Of Reception Communities In Colombia Financed By The Special Initiative For Displaced And Reception Communities (Siga) Of The German Ministry Of Economic Cooperation And Development (Bmz). The Integra Pacific Project Or Module Began In December 2024. It Aims To Improve The Equal Economic Participation Of Women And People Especially In Vulnerability In Certain Municipalities That Host Internal Displaced People. To This End, It Also Operates Through Three Products: (I) Basic Conditions For Economic Perspectives: This Product 1 Aims To Improve The Basic Prerequisites For The Economic Participation Of Disadvantaged People Increasing Among Other Aspects Their Knowledge In Financial Education As The Basis For The Making Of More Favorable Economic Decisions. Personal Resources And Environmental Factors Are The Basis For Disadvantaged People To Participate In Support Programs Or Affirm In Working Life. They Also Favor Effective Spending Behavior. (Ii) Public-Private Cooperation For The Integration Of The Labor Market: This Product 2 Aims To Align Public-Private Cooperation In The Field Of Labor Market With The Needs Of Disadvantaged People. The Impact Hypothesis Is That The Agents Of The Labor And Private Sector Market, In Cooperation And Through The Participatory Involvement Of Disadvantaged People, Apply Measures That Lead To Equal Participation In The Labor Market By Reducing Discriminatory Processes Or Regulations. (Iii) Improvement Of Business Conditions: This Product 3 Aims To Improve The Previous Business Requirements For The Development Of Small And Medium Enterprises (Sme) Of Disadvantaged People.
