1. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Delivery And Installation Of Technological Furnishings For The Construction Of A Stem Center At Dimitar Talev Primary School, Plovdiv. The School Stem Environment Will Be Built On The Third Floor By Transforming A Corridor, Lobby And Neighboring Offices. The Idea Of Building A Stem Environment Appeared On The Agenda In The Strategic Development Of The School Four Years Ago, When The Need For A Common Space Was Established To Provide An Educational Environment For The Implementation Of Methods For Integrated Teaching Of Training Subjects From Stem Districts. The Present Public Procurement Covers Delivery And Installation Incl. Guarantee Service Of New, Unused, Non -Recycled, Without Defects, Meeting All Standards In The Republic Of Bulgaria, On Technical Operation, Fire Safety, Safety Standards For The Construction Of A Stem Center And Vosks At Dimitar Talev Primary School, Plovdiv. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Ppa The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement, Incl. And The Scope Of The Activities To Be Implemented Are Detailed In The Technical Specification - Annex 1, Enclosed To The Documentation For Participation. 2. The Present Public Procurement Shall Be Awarded In The Performance Of Contract № Bg-Rrp-Rrp-1.015-2173-C01 Of 20.09.2024. Plan For The Restoration And Sustainability Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, Funded By The European Union - Nextgenerationeu. In View Of The Above, Environmental Protection Should Be A Priority For The Contractor In The Implementation Of All Activities Included In The Subject Of This Public Procurement. 3. The Deadline For The Delivery And Installation Of The Furniture Shall Be Indicated And Offered By The Participant In The Technical Proposal Of The Participant - Annex No. 2, In Calendar Days, In The Whole Number. The Deadline For Execution Of The Order (Delivery And Installation Of The Furniture) May Not Be Longer Than 100 (One Hundred) Calendar Days. The Deadline For Implementation Shall Start To Run From The Date Of Receipt Of The Vinery, Served By The Contracting Authority, According To The Clauses Of The Draft Contract.
