Request For Expression Of Interest For Southwest State M&E Specialist The Objective Of The Barwaaqo Project Is To Develop Water And Agricultural Services Among Agro-Pastoralist Communities In Dry-Land Areas Of Somalia. It Is A Five-Year Project. The Project Is Framed Around The Following Components And Sub-Components: - Component 1. Support Development Of Multiple-Use Water Sources, Component 2.
