Lease Of 8 (Eight) Vehicles Type Urban School Buses, With A Minimum Capacity Of 43 (Forty -Three) Places, Without Supply Of Driver And Without Fuel, Duly Registered, Licensed And In Accordance With The National Traffic Legislation, Intended For The Transport Of Students Inside And Outside The Municipality. Vehicles Must Be In Perfect Condition And Have Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Resulting From Natural Wear And Tear During The Contractual Term. Buses Should Have Individual Safety Belt For All Occupants, Efficient Brake System, Vehicle Compatible Engines, Proper Body Transport Structure, Standard Visual Identification As Applicable To School Vehicles, Properly Signal Emergency Vehicles And Operational. Tachographer And Electromechanical Report Report, Accompanied By Art (Technical Responsibility Note) Issued By A Mechanical Engineer, Attesting To The Compliance And Safety Of The Vehicle. The Year Of Manufacture Of Vehicles May Not Be Less Than 10 (Ten) Years In Relation To The Date Of Hiring. The Vehicles Must Be Insured With A Insurance Policy With Full Coverage For Passengers And Third Parties, Effective Throughout The Contractual Period, And Present All The Documentation Required Regularly.
