1. Subject Of The Contract: 1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of Providing A Long -Term Loan In The Amount Of Pln 2,000,000.00 For Covering The Planned Deficit Of The Communes Budget And Repayment Of Previous Liabilities. 1.2. Posting The Loan At The Disposal Of The Employer On A Separate Credit Account The Next Day After The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To The Indicated Account On The Basis Of The Transfer Order. 1.3. Planned Loan Start Date - September 2025.1.4. Loan Repayment Period Until September 28, 2040.1.5. Repayment Of Capital And Interest In Quarterly Installments In Polish Zlotys.1.6. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Make A Prior Repayment Of The Loan In Whole Or Part Of It After Notifying The Lender And Without Incurring Any Charge In This Respect. In The Case Of Earlier Partial Repayment Of The Loan, The Loan Period Remains Unchanged, Or May Be Shortened At The Written Request Of The Ordering Party. 1.7. The First Repayment Of Capital And Interest Will Take Place At The End Of December 2025. The Loan Cannot Be Charged With Other Fees And Commissions. 1.8.
