The Scope (Subject) Of This Contract For Performance On The Part Of The Contractor Includes, In Particular, The Following Obligations Include: 1) Selection, A Referral For The Performance Of Design Works And Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of This Contract And Maintaining Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of These Works With Appropriate Qualifications And Experience, Including Persons Having Entitled To Design Works, Pursuant To § 5 Para. 2 Point 1) - 4) Contract Template - And At The Stage Of Works Implementation - Persons With Qualifications To Manage Construction Works, Pursuant To § 5 Para. 2 Point 5) And 6) Contract Template; 2) Covering The Construction Area For The Duration Of Construction Works From The Subject Of This Contract, Proper Preparation Of This Area, Securing And Maintaining; 3) Acquisition, Acquisition And Delivery Of Construction Materials And Equipment, Tools Or Other Types Of Equipment And Machines Necessary To Perform Construction Works To The Construction Site; 4) Ensuring Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works In The Subject Of This Contract; 5) Preparation And Issue Of The Employer To The Required Project Documentation And As -Built Documentation Of Construction Works In The Subject Of This Contract; 6) Transfer Of Copyrights To The Contracting Authority To The Project Documentation And As -Built Documentation From This Order; 7) Granting The Employer Guarantees Carried Out As Part Of This Order Of Construction Works As Well As Built -In, Installed Or Otherwise Used In The Performance Of These Works Of Construction Materials And Equipment. The Minimum Required Warranty Period Must Be 60 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Referred To In § 16 Para. 6 - 15 Contract Template; 8) Removing All Defects And Faults Due To The Warranty Granted And As Part Of Liability Under The Warranty For Defects In The Subject Of This Order. 3. A Detailed Description And Conditions Of The Works Required To Perform Works, As Well As The Conditions For Construction Executions Constituting From The Design Works As Above, As Well As Mutual Rights And Obligations Of The Ordering Party And Contractor Related To The Implementation Of The Contract, Includes Swz, In Particular The Contractual Template And A Functional And Utility Program (Annex 2 Swz Together With Annex 2A).
