1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Water Rescue Services At The Sports And Recreation Center Relaks At Ul. Kobusiewicza 20, Including In Particular The Rescue Service Of The Indoor Swimming Pool, Which Includes: A) Sports Pool Measuring 25M X 16M, With A Water Surface Of 400.32 M2, With A Depth Of 1.2M-1.8M, With 6 Swimming Tracks, B) Recreation Pool With Water Attractions With A Depth Of 1.10-2,20 M M2, C) Internal Paddling Pool With A Water Mirror Of 70.29 M2 And A Depth Of 0.25 -0.30M, D) Two Bathtubs With A Water Mirror Of 6.56 M2 And A Depth Of 1 M Located In The Hall, E) A Bathtub With A Water Mirror Of 6.56 M2 And A Depth Of 1 M Located In The Sauna, F 12.75 M2 And Depth Up To 1.20 M, G) The Internal Cooling Pool Located In A Sauna Area With A Water Mirror Of 6.30 M2 And A Depth Of Up To 1.20 M, H) Organizing Twice A Year (In Winter And Summer) Of Swimming Competitions In The Category: Młodzik, Junior And Senior With Family Competitions For A Minimum Of 100 Participants. I) Providing Rescue Equipment That Will Be Provided By The Contractor For Implementation (A Detailed List Of Equipment Was Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 2 To Swz). 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 2 To Swz And In The Template Of The Contract Constituting Annex 4 To Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Template (Project) Of The Contract Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.3. Opening Opening Hours Of The Sports And Recreation Center Relax 6.00-22.00 Monday-Friday, 8.00-22.00 Saturday-Sunday. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Make Changes During The Opening (Functioning) Hours Of The Sports And Recreation Center Relax. 4. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Number Of Rescuers On Duty In The Designated Zones Of The Sports And Recreation Center Relax To Secure Water Rescue In The Indoor Swimming Pool: A) Two Rescuers From Monday To Friday From 6:00 To 10:10:00) Five Rescuers From Monday To Friday From 10:00 --21: 00, C) Four Rescuers On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays In Hours. 8:00 -10: 00, D) Five Rescuers On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays From 10:00 - 21:00, E) Four Rescuers From Monday To Sunday From 21.00 - 22.00 5. The Consciousness Of Water Rescue Services In The Congress Swimming Pool And The Saunarium Will Take Place Within 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 18 The Estimated Number Of Rescue Hours (+/- 20%) During The Order Processing (12 Months) Is: 22,469 Hours. A) The Following Assumptions Were Adopted For Calculations:- Planned Technological Break In The Work Of An Indoor Swimming Pool- About 4 Weeks- From 06.07.2026 To 03.08.2026- Days In Which Swimming Will Be Closed: 01.11.2025, 24/12/2025–25.12.2025, 31.12.2025, 04/04/2026 Christmas, In Which The Swimming Pool Will Be Open In The Middle
