1 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Annex 3 Price Form To This Swz. 2. Food Products Covered By Delivery Should Meet The Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements And The Principles Of The Haccp System In Collective Nutrition Plants, I.E., Among Others:- Qualitative Standards Or Approvals,- Marking, Including The Date Of Minimum Durability And The Date Of Shelf Life,- Appropriate Way Of Transporting Goods- Maintaining Transport Separation,- The Assortment Provided Must Be Deprived Of Damage Physical And Biochemical Nature Lowering Its Usable Value,- Appropriate Temperature During Transport And Sanitary Conditions Of The Vehicle. 3. The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration For The Actually Ordered And Provided Amount Of The Subject Of The Contract. Obligatory Scope Of The Order, I.E. The Minimum (Guaranteed) Amount Is 40% Of The Gross Contract Value. 4. The Contractor Will Provide The Subject Of The Contract By Specialist Transport Adapted For Food Transport, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 5.
