1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Building No. 5 In The Military Complex At Ul. Krakowska 11B In Rzeszów. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Presented In: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract-Annex 5 To Swz; 2) Stwiorbs-Annex 6 To Swz; 3) Investors Bill-Annex 7 To Swz; 4) Projects-Annex No. 8 To Swz; 5) Architectural And Building Inventory-Annex No. 9 To Swz; 6) Electricity- No. 16 To Swz.3. An Integral Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract Together With Attachments (Annex 4 To Swz). 4. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For The Construction Site Upon Its Takeover. 5. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires Employment Under An Employment Contract By A Contractor Or Subcontractor Performing Persons, Throughout Their Duration, Construction Works In The Scope Of: 1) Construction Works; 2) Installation Works Of Central Heating And Spr. Air; 3) Installation Works Of Ventilation And Air Conditioning; 4) Water And Sewage Installation Works; 5) Electrical Works; 6) Teletechnical Works; 6. During The Execution Of The Order, The Employer Is Entitled To Perform Inspection Activities Towards The Contractor Regarding The Fulfillment Of The Employment Requirement By Him Or By The Subcontractor Under The Employment Contract Of Persons Performing The Activities Indicated Above.
