Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Modernization Of Sewage Pumping Stations

The Subject Of The Investment Is The Modernization Of The P1 Sanitary Sewage Pumping Plant Located On The Plot With Registration Number 150/2 Płużnica Precinct. The Land Development Remains Unchanged. The Fittings Mounted In The Pumping Station Tank Due To The Strongly Corrosive Environment And The Long Exploitation Period, Has Been Significantly Worn Out, And The Working Control System Does Not Implement The Currently Accepted Standards In This Type Of Facilities. Modernization Will Consist In Restoring The Original Condition Using Modern Materials And Products, Which Will Contribute To Savings On Electricity Bills And Reduce Devices. The Purpose And Function Of The Object Do Not Change. The Contractor Must Ensure And Maintain Sewage Metastasis During Modernization Work Of The Pumping Station. The Scope Of Modernization Includes:  Replacement Of The Sewage Compressor Module, Disassembly Of The Existing Compressor And Foundation And Connecting The New Compressor (The Dismantled Elements Will Be Neutralized By The Contracting Authority),  Replacement Of The Gravitational And Discharge Installation Within The Internal Pumping Station With The Fittings,  Replacement Of The Repressing Tank Inside The Chamber Tank, Control With Pump Start With Inverters And Connecting It With Installed Devices. The Wardrobe Is To Be Placed In An Existing Place For Health And Safety Reasons,  The Switchgear Must Contain A Telemetry Modem Enabling The Existing Scada System-Operating In The Płużnica Water Supply,  Checking The Correctness Of The Decrease In The Gravitational Pipe To The Compartment Chamber. For The Time Of Modernization Of The Pumping Station, It Should Be Ensured To The Compressor With A Pneumatic Cork. A Detailed Description Of The Scope Of Works And Technologies For Their Implementation Are Determined By The Following Documents Constituting Annex 1 To Swz.
