The Subject Of The Contract Is The Maintenance Of Street Lighting Along With The Service Of Christmas Lighting In The Years 2025 - 2027, Consisting In Maintaining The Technical Efficiency Of The Street Lighting Installation Along With The Belonging Technical Infrastructure, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations, Polish Standards And Generally Accepted Technical Principles: A) On The Lighting Circuits Of Separated (Lighting Columns With Lighting And Installations Supplying The Ownership Of The Bieruń Commune) In The Amount Of 2279 Luminaires, B) On Lighting Circuits Associated With The Nn Network (Lighting Fixtures Owned By The Bieruń Commune And Built On The Poles Of The Overhead Nn Network Owned By Tauron Dystrybucja S.A.) In 324 Lighting Luminaires. 2. The Scope Of Services, Individual Quantities And Their Description Can Be Found In The Attachments To Swz, I.E. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz), The Calculation Form Of The Offer Price And In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract. 3. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Act, The Contracting Authority Informs That: Sets Requirements In The Scope Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of The Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Contract Consisting In Performing The Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1320, As Amended).
