1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Investor Supervision Service Over The Reconstruction Of Poviat Road No. 1818W - Ul. Jana Paweł And In Legionowo In The Construction Of A Raised Pedestrian Crossing And Lighting Of A Pedestrian Crossing As Part Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of Pedestrian Crossings In Poviat Roads. 2. Location: Existing Pedestrian Crossing At Primary School No. 4 In Legionowo - Ul. Jana Pawła I, 05-119 Legionowo. 3. The Contracting Authority Orders, And The Contractor Undertakes To Perform Comprehensive Investor Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment Task, In Accordance With The Provisions Resulting From The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Executive Provisions Issued On Its Basis, I.E. In Particular: 1) Supervision Over The Correct Implementation Of The Investment; 2) Exercising Control Of Compliance Of Works With The Project, Provisions And Applicable European And Polish Norms And Technical Knowledge Principles; 3) Checking Quality Works Performed, Built -In Construction Products, And In Particular The Prevention Of The Use Of Defective And Not Allowed For Use In Construction; 4) Checking And Receiving Construction Works, Covers Or Disappearing; 5) Reviewing, Material Applications (Transferred By Contractors Of Construction Works) In Terms Of Compliance With The Assumptions Building; 6) Participating In The Acceptance Of Technical Devices As Well As Preparation And Participation In The Receipt Of Completed Construction Works And Transferring Them For Final Acceptance By The Ordering Party; 7) Participation In Committees Appointed By The Ordering Party; 8) Confirmation Of The Works Completed And Removal Of Defects, As Well As At The Request Of The Contracting Authority To Control The Construction Settlement; 9) Issuing To The Construction Manager Of The Order Construction Construction Regarding In Particular: Removal Of Irregularities Or Threats, Execution Of Trials Or Tests, Also Requiring The Discovery Of Works Or Covered Elements, And The Presentation Of Expertise Regarding The Conducted Construction Works, Evidence Of Admission To Trading And The Use Of Construction Products And Technical Devices In The Construction; 10) Request From The Manager Of The Construction Of Corrections Or Re -Execution Of Well -Done Works, As Well As Stopping Further Works, As Well In The Event That Their Continuation Could Cause A Threat Or Causes Non -Compliance With The Project Or Building Permit; 11) Control Of The Timeliness Of Performing Works In Relation To The Schedule; 12) Protecting The Interests Of The Ordering Party In The Field Of Technical And Economic Matters Under The Project Documentation, Construction Law And Contract For The Implementation Of Construction Works; 13) Access And Stay At The Construction Site In The Amount Necessary For Proper Supervision.
