School And Preschool Complex No. 2 In Grodzisk Mazowiecki Ul. Westfala 3 Hereinafter Referred To As The School And Preschool Complex No. 2, Which Includes Primary School No. 2 And Kindergarten No. 2 In Grodzisk Mazowiecki; School And Preschool Complex No. 3 In Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Ul. Bartniak 13A Hereinafter Referred To As The School And Preschool Team No. 3, Which Includes Primary School No. 1 And Kindergarten No. 3 In Grodzisk Mazowiecki; C. Primary School Klementyny Née Tańskie Hoffmanowa In Izdebnie Kościelny, Ul. Father M. Zawiebłowskiego 9 Hereinafter Referred To As The Primary School In Izdebnie Kościelny. 2. The Ordering Party Renting The Contractor Necessary To Process The Order Together With The Equipment In Them. The List Of Rooms With Equipment And The Cost Of Lease Are Specified In The Ordinance Of 92/2025 Of The Mayor Of Grodzisk Mazowiecki Of July 31, 2025 On The Introduction Of Rooms For Renting Rooms For The Purposes Of Providing Collective Nutrition Services At The School And Preschool Complex No. 2 At Ul. Westfala 3 And The School And Preschool Complex At Ul. Bartniak 13A In Grodzisk Mazowiecki Annex 11 To Swz.3. The Employer Shall Determine The Conditions For Using Canteens In Kindergartens And Schools In Ordinance No. 91/2025 Of The Mayor Of Grodzisk Mazowiecki Of July 31, 2025 On Determining The Conditions For Using Canteens In Kindergartens And Primary Schools, For Which The Grodzisk Mazowiecki Commune Is The Leading Body And The Authorization Of Kindergartens And Primary Schools For Release For Meals 12 To Swz.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Presented By Opz, Which Is Annex 10 To Swz.
