replace the existing Hi-Bay 400-watt Metal Halide lamps with LED Corn Cob bulbs at Dean Techinical High School. The work will take place in the following shop locations by bypassing the ballast, rewiring in place a wire mogul base lamp holder to the line voltage conductors and replacing the existing Hi-Bay 400-watt Metal Halide lamps with LED corn cob bulbs. The contractor is to supply all labor and material including lifts and permits.
