The Project consists of but not limited to: Replacing the cast-iron (CI) horizontal sanitary/sewer piping with PVC piping, within the basement/crawl spaces of each of the twelve (12) residential buildings plus the community building out to ten feet from the buildings. Provide for the loaming and seeding of all exposed surface soil areas that are disturbed by this project. THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILLNOT BE ACCEPTED.
