The Dynamic Purchase System (Dsp) Is An Entirely Electronic Process That Contracting Authorities Can Use In Frequently Executed Orders Whose Type Characteristics Meet The Requirements Of The Contracting Authorities. The Current Dynamic Purchases System Are The Subject Of The Delivery Of Medicinal Products To The Emergency Medical Center-Sofia (Csmp-Sofia). The Period Of Action Of The Present Dsp Is 36 (Thirty -Six) Months. The Estimated Value Is Bgn 900,000 (Nine Hundred Thousand) Without Vat. The Dynamic Purchasing System Is Open Throughout The Period Of Operation For Each Candidate That Meets The Selection Criteria. Access And Participation In It Are Free And Free For All Stakeholders. The Current Dynamic Purchases System Are Not Separated By Separate Categories. About 71 Medicinal Products Explicitly Indicate In The Documentation. The Subject Of Dsps Are Also Medicinal Products, Which May Be Subject To Award In Accordance With Decree No. 146 Of June 9, 2015 For The Establishment Of A Central Body For Purchases In The Health Sector. The Csmp-Sofia Will Only Be Supplied Under The Present Dsp If There Is No Contract On The Basis Of The Decree. The Contracting Authority Is Not Bound By The Specified Quantities, But Will Order With A View To Its Specific Needs During The Particular Contract-The Estimated Quantities Can Be Exceeded Or A Smaller Number Can Be Ordered. The Medicinal Products In The Documentation Are Indicated In View Of The Real Activity Of The Medical Staff At The Central Committee - Sofia And The Completion Of The Medical Bags. The Contracting Authority Is Not Bound By The Medicinal Products Explicitly Stated In The Documentation - Within The Current Dsp May Buy Others.
