    The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is: Winter Maintenance Of A Municipal Road Network - Snow Clearing And Wearing The Territory Of Sapareva Banya Municipality For Operating Season 2025/2026, 2026/2027 And 2027/2028. The Scope Of The Contract Includes Activities For Maintaining The Municipal Road Network In Winter Conditions. The Subject Of The Order Includes Snow And Ice Cleaning And Anti-Icing (Sanding) Of Road Pavements And Routes / Sections / Stated Below. The Total Length Of Roads, Which Are Subject To Winter Maintenance, Is 72.75 Km. In The Following Settlements: - Sapareva Banya; - Resilovo Village; - Ovchartsi Village; - Saparevo Village; - Panichishte Village. The Main Activities For Winter Road Maintenance Include Snow And Ice Cleaning With Highly Passable Equipment And Anti -Icing (Sanding) On Municipal Roads On The Territory Of Sapareva Banya Municipality, With A Total Length Of 72.75 Km. With The Performance Of The Services Included In The Subject Of This Public Procurement, It Is Envisaged To Achieve: - Improving The Condition Of Road Infrastructure In Winter Conditions; - Creating Conditions For Faster And Guaranteed Movement On The Individual Thoroughfares Under Winter Conditions; - Providing The Necessary Patency On All Arteries, As Well As Access To All Institutions Serving Daily The Population - Health And Educational Establishments, Neighborhood Retail Outlets, Municipal And State Services, Etc.; - Improving The Organization Of Traffic And Enhancing The Safety Of Travelers. Complete Information On The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Objectives And Scope Of The Activities, Requirements For The Manner And Procedure For Their Implementation Are Contained In The Technical Specification, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Documentation Of The Present Public Procurement And Is Binding On All Participants.
