The Subject Of Compensation For Insurance Is All Amounts That Are Not Removed From The Contractual Limits Of Compensation That The Insured Medical Staff Is Legally Obliged To Pay As Compensation For Bodily Disability (Including Permanent Disability) Or Death Caused To A Patient And In The Exercise Of A Medical Profession. The Coverage Of The Requested Insurance Is Under Art. 189 Of The Health Act And In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 465, Para. 2 Of The Insurance Code. Under The Terms Of The Policy, The Insurer Should Compensate The Persons Exercising Medical Profession (In Case Of Claims Directed Against Them) Hired By The Medical Establishment Under An Employment Contract Or Other Type Of Contract For The Exercise Of A Medical Profession, For All Amounts That Are Not Discarded By The Agreed Liability Limits That Persons Exercise Medical Profession On The Basis Of A Judgment Or An Agreement Reached Are Obliged To Pay On The Claims Filed For The Damage Caused To Third Parties.
