Tenders are invited for Procurement of an IT Solution for Finance Processes. 1. The Financial Services Commission, Mauritius (FSC) is inviting bids from local bidders through the Government e-Procurement System for the procurement of an IT Solution for Finance Processes. 2. The bidding document, bearing reference number FSC/IFB/2025/1036, can be downloaded from the Government e-Procurement System onhttps://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org 3. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, 19 August 2025 at 10:00hrs at FSC House, Ebene. Interested bidders are required to confirm their attendance to the pre-bid meeting by email on [email protected] by latest Monday, 18 August 2025 at 16:00hrs 4. Bids must be submitted online on the Government e-Procurement System by Thursday, 04 September 2025 until 14:00hrs 5. Bidders who have submitted their bids online by the closing date and time, shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as from Thursday, 04 September 2025 at 14:46hrs until Friday, 05 September 2025 at 14:00hrs 6. Bids will be opened online by the FSC in the presence of the bidders representative(s) who choose to attend, at the hereunder address on Friday, 05 September 2025 at 14:01hrs 7. The FSC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process at any time prior to the award of the contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any bidder.
