Tenders are invited for Advisory Services - Professional Supervisor for Protection Program Staff Protection program The Protection Program aims to reduce all forms of discrimination, marginalization, violence, and inequality faced by children, women, and youth with disabilities, and to ensure their safe and equitable access to protection services, particularly protection services against disability- and gender-based violence . To this end, the Foundation provides psychosocial support services and interventions through its offices and in various areas of the West Bank and Gaza Strip, in cooperation with partner civil society and grassroots organizations. The Foundation also provides a free and secure helpline to report cases of violence and provide assistance to persons with disabilities. This goal is achieved through two tracks: the service delivery track, through which psychosocial support and counseling services are provided to persons with disabilities and their families, and awareness-raising interventions are implemented at the grassroots and national levels. The second track involves providing the necessary technical support to protection service providers to enhance their knowledge and capabilities to adopt the principle of disability inclusion in their interventions. This track also includes joint initiatives and interventions through the Foundations membership in various coalitions and networks. The program team includes social workers and psychosocial support counselors located in different areas of the West Bank and Gaza Strip. Mission objective: The missions objective is to provide professional support and supervision to the Protection Program staff to maintain and enhance their psychosocial health, prevent burnout, and provide the necessary professional guidance to enhance the capacity building of its members, and to enhance and ensure the performance and effectiveness of the interventions and services it provides.
