This Pqr Is Issued By The Province To Access The Standing Offer List Of Pre-Qualified Contractors Capable Of Providing Resources (Personnel) To Fulfill The Audio-Visual And Office Equipment Installation Services Within A Courtroom(S), Witness Room(S), Training Room(S), Hearing Room(S), Interpretation Facilities, And Boardroom(S) Utilized For Court Operations And Proceedings Or Any Other Location In Alberta Utilized By The Alberta Courts Where Such Equipment Installation Services Are Required. The Province Requires Upgrade And Maintenance To Its Existing Crestron Driven Audio-Visual (Av) Systems In Various Courtrooms. This Includes All Alberta Court Of Appeals, Court Of King’S Bench Of Alberta, Alberta Court Of Justice Courtrooms And Their Associated Witness, Interview And Meeting Rooms Located Throughout The Province Of Alberta. The Services Of This Pqr Includes But Is Not Limited To The Supply, Install, Configuration And Programming Of A Complete And Fully Functional Crestron And/Or Extron Driven Av System And Cabling Installations By A Certified Crestron And/Or Extron Service Provider. The Province’S Existing Av Systems For Alberta Courts Are Crestron Driven With Custom Programming To Integrate Existing Infrastructure. The Province Is Moving Forward To Add Extron Based Installations.
