The City Of Savonlinna Requests Tenders In Accordance With This Invitation To Tender And Its Annexes. The Tendering Will Procure An Expert Assessment In Accordance With Chapter 6, Section 51 Of The Law On The Organization Of Employment Services (380/2023). This Is A Broad Assessment Of The Work And Function Of Clients Guided By The Service Guided By The Expert Doctor (Psychiatrist, Neurologist, Physiotherapy). The Aim Of The Service Is To Find A Location Solution Corresponding To The Situation And Operating Conditions Of The Clients (Eg Work, Training Or Pension). The Content Of The Service To Be Purchased Is Described In More Detail In The Service Description Attached To The Invitation To Tender. The Attachments Of The Invitation To Tender Can Be Found In The Invitation To Tender In The Annexes And Links. The Procurement Includes The Possibility Of One (1) Of The Option Period Corresponding To The Original Contract Period, Which Is Set For The Period 1.1.2027-28.2.2028. The Anticipated Value Of The Service To Be Procured (Eur 150,000) Remains Below The Threshold For Public Procurement And Access Agreements (Procurement Act 1397/2016). The Anticipated Value Includes The Actual Contract Period (Eur 75,000) And The Option Period (Eur 75,000). Purchasing Follows The Provisions And Instructions Stated In The Other Information In The Invitation To Tender And In The Attached Contract Model And The Procurement Law For The Procurement Adjustment.
