1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of External Stairs (Entrance) Of Building B Of The Wielkopolska Voivodship Office In Poznań At Ul. Kościuszki 93.2. A Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, Construction Works And The Manner Of Their Implementation Has Been Specified: In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Prejudice, Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works, Which Constitute Annex 4 To Swz. 3. Works Not Included In Annex 4 - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, But The Contractor Is Required To Be Included In The Offered Price Of The Contract. 4. All Materials Used To Perform The Contract Must Be Full -Fledged And Have Current Quality Certificates, Admission Certificates, Security Certificates, Declarations Of Compliance Or Certificates Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Required By Relevant Provisions. 5. In All Swz Entries And Its Attachments, In Which The Employer Refers To Standards, Approval, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems In Accordance With Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Act, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions. If The Names Of Materials, Products Or Devices Of Specific Manufacturers Are Given In A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Annex 4 To Swz), This Should Only Be Treated As A Term For The Desired Standard And Quality. In All Such Situations, The Contractor Can Offer Equivalent Materials, Products Or Devices With At Least The Same Parameters. Product Equivalence Is Understood By Offering A Product Whose Technical Parameters Of The Materials Used Are At Least The Same As The Products Described In Swz. In The Event Of An Equivalent Solution, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate The Equivalence Of The Solutions Used. 6. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Prove/Show In The Offer That The Proposed Solutions To An Equivalent Extent Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Use The Materials Indicated In The Offer At The Stage Of Implementation. 7. The Ordering Party Requires A Local Vision Of The Place Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) Local Vision Is Required Due To The Specifics Of Work And Their Proper Valuation; 2) Local Vision Will Take Place On One Business Day From The Date Of Submitting The Application By The Contractor.
