The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design In The Design And Build Rainwater Garden As Part Of The Civic Budget Of The City Of Krakow Entitled Lets Create A Rain Garden For Krowodrza. Task Bo.D5.4/24 Implemented As Part Of The 11Th Edition Of The Civic Budget Of The City Of Krakow. The Subject Of The Contract Consists Of: Design Work Covering, Among Others: Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation Covering The Entire Area, Necessary For The Proper Performance Of All Required Works And Obtaining All Required Opinions, Arrangements, Approvals, Conditions, Conditions, Decisions And Permits, Including Arrangements With The Land Manager/ User Regarding The Method Of Implementation Of Work And The Author Of The Civic Budget Project Construction In Accordance With The Scope Of The Order On The Basis Of The Documentation Developed By The Contractor And Approved By The Contracting Documentation In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract, Requires A Guarantee Of Quality And Warranty For Defects For The Entire Subject Of The Contract (I.E. Design Documentation And Construction Works (Without Planting) - Minimum 24 Months * The Condition Is Additionally Scored And A Minimum Of 12 -Month Warranty On Planting Green And Trees. From The Date Of Completion Of The Works, Confirmed By The Final Acceptance Of The Completion Of The Works And Run Simultaneously. - Up To 8 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Stage I - Execution Of Construction Works And Planting, The Deadline For The Completion Of The Contract Is Considered The Day Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report.
