Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of The Surface Of The Sports Field At The Orlik Facility In Wyśmierzyce

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Surface Of The Sports Field (From Synthetic Grass) At The Orlik Facility In Wyśmierzyce. The Task Co -Financed From The Budget Of The Mazowieckie Voivodeship As Part Of The Mazovian Instrument Of Supporting The Sports Infrastructure Support Mazowsze For Sport - Edition 2025.2. The Scope Of Work Includes, Among Others, The Demolition Of The Existing Synthetic Surface Of Artificial Grass Together With The Export And Development Of Demolition Materials On Its Own,  Dismantling And Re -Assembly Of Football Goals Sleeve,  Dismantling And Re -Assembly Of Football Goals,  Profiling And Completing The Surface Of The Foundation,  Supply And Installation Of The Surface From The Artificial Car In Green With Filling Quartz Sand And Epdm Granules That Meet Standards Enabling Obtaining A Fifa Quality Certificate,  Pasteing A White Football Field,  Organizing The Investment Area,  Execution Of As -Built Documentation,  Obtaining A Fifa Certificate In Accordance With The Requirements Of Fifa Quality After Completing The Necessary Examinations By Independent, Specialist Laboratory. The Bill Of Quantity Attached To The Documentation Does Not Constitute Grounds For Calculating The Offer Price, It Should Be Treated Only As An Information And Auxiliary Element. 3. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Specified In The Land Use Project - Annex 10 To Swz And Bill Of Quantities - Annex 11 To Swz.4. The Contractor Should Have Documents Confirming Properties, Parameters And Compliance With Applicable Standards And Other Laws For Offered And Priced Materials. 5. Waste Management The Contractor Will Run In Accordance With Applicable Law In This Respect. 6. Building Materials Necessary To Perform The Contract Must Correspond As To The Quality Of The Requirements Of Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction, And Have Current Approvals Or Declarations Of Compliance With Technical Approval. 7. The Works Will Be Performed In The Area Of The Object Used. The Contractor Must Take Into Account The Need To Secure The Communication Routes And Remove The Remains Of Construction Works On An Ongoing Basis. 8. The Name, Brand Or Origin Of Products Or Materials Listed In Any Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Not Obligatory For Contractors. Contractors Have The Right To Offer Other Equivalent Products Or Materials Provided That Technical, Technological, Utility And Quality Parameters Are Ensured, At Least Meeting Or Exceeding The Parameters Of Products Or Materials Required In Swz Or Attachments To Swz. The Obligation To Prove The Equivalence Of Products, Materials, Etc. Will Rest With The Contractor. 9. After A Protocol Takeover From The Ordering Party, The Contractor Shall Bear Until The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Full Responsibility For The Completed Construction Site. 10. The Contractor, In Order To Confirm That The Offered Surface Will Meet The Requirements Set By The Employer,
