The Order Includes The Design And Execution Of Works, I.E., Construction Works In The Field Of Adapting A Residential Building For The Purposes Of An Apartment Assisted In Rogóżno In The Standard Described In Tender Documentation And The Requirements Of Applicable Law; 2) Works In The Field Of Floors, Plasters, Partition Walls, Ceilings, Facades, Roofing Replacement And Roof Strengthening, Door, Thermal And Moisture Insulation, Finishing Works, Including Wall And Floors Of Tiles, Painting, Floors From Panels; 3) Works In The Field Of Central Heating Installation, Hot Water Sanitary Sewage System, Cold Water, Comprehensive Work Along With The Installation Of A Heat Source, Central Water Temperature Setting, Underfloor/Radiator Heating Installation, Control; 4) Replacement And Expansion Of The Electrical And Teletechnical Installation, Construction Of A New Switchgear, Distribution Of The Installation After The Facility, Lighting Points, Luminaires, Sockets And Connectors, Grounding; Linking The Apartment With The Municipal Road, Parking Space, Hardening Of The Area, Ensuring Accessibility For Disabled People, Connections, Lawns, Green, Low Greenery, Marking; 6) Security Works, Scaffolding And Reproductive Works; 7) Purchase Delivery And Installation Of Equipment In Accordance With The Specification Of Deliveries And Statutory Requirements In Relation To Assisted Apartments; And: 8) Development Of Project Documentation ( In Line With The Standards Of Availability For Disabled People, Not Only Physical), Technical, As -Built, Complete Collage Survey, Obtaining Necessary Consents, Permits, Arrangements And Connection Conditions Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Apartment; 9) Perform The Necessary Attempts To Check And Start Equipment And Installations, Including Those That Have Collided With The Intention; 3. The Material Scope Should Be Verified With The Existing State In Place. 4.
