1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 2 (Two) Agricultural Tractors, Including One With A Front Loader With Accessories. Each Of The Vehicles Must Be Brand New, Manufactured Not Earlier Than In 2024. Factory Completion And Equipment Intended For European Countries And Right -Hand Traffic. 2. The Tractors Must Meet The Requirements In Poland Arising From The Act Of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law And Executive Regulations To This Act. The Contractor Will Provide The Employer With A Set Of Documents Required For Registration Of Tractors In Poland. Tractors Must Have Approval That Meets Currently Applicable Emissions And Noise. The Tractors Must Come From The Official Distribution Channel In Poland And Have A Minimum Of 12 -Month Manufacturers Warranty With A Possible Rbh Limit To The End Of The Warranty Of A Minimum Of 1000 Rbh - Depending On What Will Happen First. 3. The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor To Provide An Authorized Warranty And Post -Warranty Service Of Agricultural Tractors. 4. The Place Of Operation Of The Tractors Will Be The Coast Protection District Of Sobieszewo, Ul. Tęczowa 10, 80-680 Gdańsk. 5. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Are Described In The Draft Contract (Annex 4 To Swz) And The Technical Specification Form (Annex 1.1 To Swz).
