The Subject Of The Contract Is Transport And Ensuring Care During The Transport Of Children And Students To Kindergartens And Schools In The Wartkowice Commune In The 2025/2026 School Year. Transport Includes Transport (Delivery And Departure) Of Students Of Children Attending The Following Schools And Kindergartens In The Wartkowice Commune (Hereinafter: Educational Units): 1) Primary School In Wartkowice - Ul. Polish Legions 5; 99-220 Wartkowice, 2) Primary School Maria Konopnicka In Kłodna - Jadwisin 3; 99-220 Wartkowice, 3) Kindergarten Team In Wartkowice - Ul. Targowa 11; 99-220 Wartkowice. The Commissioner Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor During Transport By An Adult Intended To Care For Students/Children, Regardless Of The Driver-One During Each Transport (Hereinafter: Transport Guardian). The Contracting Authority Does Not Require That The Transport Carer Has Pedagogical Qualifications. For The Implementation Of Transport, The Contractor Should Provide At Least 3 Buses With Such A Number Of Places To Provide Students With Seats In Accordance With Applicable Regulations While Driving And At Least Three People To Care During Transport. The Transport Will Be Implemented On The Routes Specified In Chapter 4 Point 6 Of Swz. Service To The Primary School In Wartkowice Will Take Place Between 6.50 And 7.30, And The Resources From 12.25 - 15.10. Transports From The Primary School In Kłodna From 13.00 - 14.45. Transfers From The Kindergarten In Wartkowice From 14.00 To 15.10. A Detailed Schedule Of Students Transport And Location Of Stops On The Above Routes Will Be Transferred To The Contractor Before Signing The Contract. The Schedule Will Be Subject To Ongoing Update In The Event Of A Permanent Or Ad Hoc Change Of The Schools Plan. The Total Length Of The Routes Is About 332 Km A Day. The Number Of Kilometers Given Does Not Take Into Account The Access To The Contractors Vehicles To The Starting Point For The Implementation Of The Transport And To The Parking Place After The Transport. The Expected Number Of Transport Days - 180 Days. For The Implementation Of Transport, The Contractor Should Secure At Least 3 Vehicles (Buses) At The Same Time With Such A Number Of Places To Provide Students With Seats In Accordance With Applicable Regulations While Driving. The Employer Will Not Pay A Separate Remuneration For Additional Courses Resulting From A Lack Of An Adequate Number Of Places In The Vehicle. The Transport Supervisor Is Obliged To Supervise And Maintain Students Safety During Transport In Accordance With Chapter 4 Point 15. In The Event Of A Bus Failure Performing The Transport, The Contractor Is Obliged To Substitute A Replacement Bus Without Additional Costs, At A Time Not Exceeding
