1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Repair Of The Facade On Multi -Family Residential Buildings At Ul. Jasnogórska 12 And Ul. Jasnogórska 8/10 In Częstochowa, Constituting The Municipal Resource Of The Commune, Managed And Administered By The Department Of Housing Economy Society Of Social Building In Częstochowa Spółka Z O.O.2. The Scope Of Implementation Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Number Of Works - Attachments From No. 7.1.1) To No. 7.1.2) To Swz And The Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) - Annex 8 To Swz. The Contractor In The Price Of The Offer Must Take Into Account All The Costs Necessary For The Performance Of The Order, Resulting Directly From Swz, As Well As Not Included In It, And Without Which The Order Cannot Be Executed. 3.
