Comprehensive Service To Conduct Three Two -Day Trainings Entitled Organization Of Labor Fair And Exchange - Planning, Implementation And Promotion Of Public Events Of Employment Services And Ohp For Employees Of The Voivodship Labor Office In Wrocław, Poviat Labor Offices From The Lower Silesian Voivodship And The Lower Silesian Provincial Headquarters Of The Ohp.2. Number Of Trainings: 3 Two -Day Training. 3. The Total Number Of Training Participants: 75 People (A Maximum Of 25 People Will Be Trained During Each Training, But Not Less Than 20 People). 4. Place Of Training: City Of Wałbrzych - 1 Training And City Of Wrocław - 2 Trainings. 5. The Contractor Shall Indicate Within 5 Business Days Of Signing The Contract Where The Training Will Take Place. 6. Estimated Service Performance: From September 15 To November 25, 2025 (On Business Days, From Monday To Friday). 7. The Contractor Will Present The Training Schedule To The Contracting Authority Within 5 Business Days Of Signing The Contract. 8. Each Training Will Take Place At A Different Time, Agreed By The Employer With The Contractor. 9. Training Form: Lecture And Workshop. 10. Form Of Knowledge Checking (Validation): The Examination Of The Obtained Training Effects, Lasting 60 Minutes, Will Be Carried Out On The Second Day After The Training Block Ended. 11. Duration Of Training: A) And Day From 9:45 - 17:30. 8 Training Hours: 8 X 45 Minutes. Coffee Breaks: 3 × 15 Minutes Iii. Lunch Break: 1 × 60 Minutesb) Ii Day From 7:30 - 14: 30I. 6 Training Hours: 6 X 45 Minutes Ii. Exam: 1 × 60 Minutes. Coffee Breaks: 2 × 15 Minutes, Iv. Lunch Break: 1 × 60 Minutes. 12. The Training Will Be Conducted In Polish. 13. The Contractor Will Provide, In Accordance With The Knowledge And Experience, The Necessary Employees For The Correct Implementation Of A Comprehensive Service. 14. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Offers. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Individual Tasks Resulting From Part Of The Order To Subcontractors. Entrusting Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Liability For Proper Performance Of The Contract. 15. If A Person With Disabilities Reports Special Needs In The Field Of Participation In The Training, The Employer Shall Inform The Contractor About The Fact That There Is 3 Working Days Before The Planned Start Of The Training.
