A) And Annex 8 To The Act Of 11 March 2004 On Tax On Goods And Services, To The Delivery Of Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Should Apply A Vat Rate Of 0%In Connection With The Above, In Accordance With Art. 83 Para. 14 Of The Act On Tax On Goods And Services, The Contracting Authority Will Ask The Ministry Of Science And Higher Education To Confirm That The Subject Of The Contract Is Intended For The Educational Institution After Signing The Public Procurement Contract.
