Tenders Are Invited For Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In All Village Councils Of The Radziechowy-Gwiprz Commune In Two Winter Seasons, From 01.11.2025. Until 15.04.2027

Part 1 - Radziechowy1. The Subject Of The Contract Is For The Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The Radziechowy Commune - Wieprz. The Order Of The Contract Also Includes Snow Removal Of Pavements At Municipal Roads, Liquidation Of Slippery, Erecting Anti -Snow Networks Provided By The Contractor In The Winter Season And Their Disassembly After The End Of The Winter Season In Places Indicated By The Contracting Authority And Cleaning The Remains Winter. The Contractor Provides A Hosting Agent For Sprinkling Roads. The Employer Does Not Provide For Additional Settlements With The Contractor In The Event Of Possible Assembly And Dismantling Of Snow Networks. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1 To This Specification. The Exit Of The Snow Removal Is Annex 10 To This Specification. 2. The Contractor Should Provide The Unit Cost Of The Service - The Price For 1 Hour Of Snow Removal Of Municipal Roads Together With The Liquidation Of Slippery At The Speed Of A Vehicle Up To 30 Km/H. The Employer Specifies The Hourly Limit For Individual Villages Of The Service For 100% Of The Price Offered. The Hourly Limit Applies To One Winter Season. As Part Of The Limit, The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Service For 100% Of The Price Provided In The Offer For 1 Hour Snow Removal Of Municipal Roads Together With The Liquidation Of Slippery At The Speed Of A Vehicle Up To 30 Km/H. If The Limit Of The Hours Is Exhausted In A Given Winter Season, The Contractor Undertakes To Further Provide The Service, Assuming That The Price For 1 Hour Of Snow Removal Of Municipal Roads Together With The Liquidation Of Slippery At The Speed Of A Vehicle Up To 30 Km/H Will Constitute 75% Of The Price For 1 Hour Of Snow Removal Of Municipal Roads Together With Liquidation Of Slippery At The Speed Of A Vehicle Up To 30 Km/H Given In The Offer. The Hourly Limits For Individual Villages, Applicable As Part Of One Winter Season: Radziechowy - 270 Hours Of The Set Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Thinly Manner Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In Annex 2 To This Swz - Template Of The Contract.
