The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of Rooms Located On The 1St Floor Of The Building At Ul. J. Piłsudskiego 23 In Sucha Beskidzka. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular:- Demolition Works;- Door Replacement- 14 Set;- Complement To Cement-Lime Plasters- 24.15 M2;- Replacement Of Floors With Wall Strips- 216 M2;- Finishing Works. J. Piłsudskiego 23 Is A Functioning Building, And Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out In Office Rooms Used By The District Prosecutors Office In Sucha Beskidzka. The Prosecutors Offices Rooms Or Other Parts Of The Building (Including Staircase, Corridors) Cannot Be Excluded From Use For A Long Time. Therefore, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Agree With The Ordering Party And The User Of The Rooms, I.E. The District Prosecutors Office In Sucha Beskidzka, A Detailed Schedule Of Works; 2) Performing Works In Stages Covering No More Than Two Rooms Or Otherwise Agreed With The User, I.E. The District Prosecutors Office In Sucha Beskidzka; 3) Ensuring Works Without Stopping The Movement In The Building And In The Manner Corresponding To Work In The Building, In Particular At The Headquarters Of The Prosecutors Office; 4) Conducting Renovation Works In A Minimum Way That Reduces The Functioning Of The Building And The Seat Of The District Prosecutors Office In Sucha Beskidzka; 5) Securing Communication Routes Leading To The Construction Site In Order To Secure Existing Floors Of Floors And Stairs; 6) Provides Current And Systematic Cleaning Of Rooms Covered By The Subject Of The Contract And Transport Roads (Staircase, Corridor, Etc.).
