3.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Renovation Of The School Canteen (Kitchen And Dining Room) Belonging To The Building Of The School And Preschool Complex No. 9 In Warsaw, Ul. Kadetów 15, 03-987 Warsaw Implemented As Part Of The Meal At School And At Home Program. 3.2. The Contract Is Part 2 Of The Procedure Entitled Renovation Of The Roof And School Canteen Belonging To The Building Of The School And Preschool Complex No. 9 In Warsaw, Ul. Kadetów 15, 03-987 Warsaw In The Formula Design And Build Divided Into Two Parts. 3.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Includes: 3.3.1. Failure Of Works - Annex 5 3.3.2. Functional And Utility Plan For The Renovation Of The Canteen Being Annex 4 To This Swz 3.3.3. Designed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, (Template Of The Contract) - Annex 3 Swz.3.4. In The Event Of A Discrepancy As To The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Scope Indicated In The Pre -Lecture Is Annex 5 To The Contract. 3.5. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes All Works, Activities And Works Necessary To Perform The Investment Task, Including The Following Elements: 3.5.1. Implementation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation Together With Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Decisions, Permits Or Reports Of Works. 3.5.2.
