The Scope Of Planned Construction Works: 1) Geodetic Designation Of The Road Lane Boundaries-Works Should Be Included In The General Costs Of Construction; 2) Mechanical Cleaning Of Unpaid Road Surface-In Accordance With St D-04.01.01; 3) Mechanical Profiling And Thickening Of The Substrate Under The Structural Layers Of The Surface-In Accordance With St D-04.01.01 Item 5.4; 4) Leveling The Existing Foundation Sorted Stone Stone Pit/Asphalt Destructure With Mechanical Compaction - Average Layer Thickness After 6 Cm Compaction - According To St D -05.02.01; 5) Surface Consolidation Of Road Surfaces With Asphalt Stone Grits - Lower Layer - According To St D -05.03.08; 6) Surface Consolidation Of Road Surfaces Asphalt Stone Grits-Upper Layer-According To St D-05.03.08; 7) Vertical Regulation Of Wells For Water And Gas Valves-In Accordance With St D-03.02.01. The Above Works Will Be Carried Out On Municipal Roads In Gryczana, Kowalska And Potato Streets. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Was Exhaustively Described In Annex 1 To Swz - Documentation For The Performance Of The Contract. 4. The Contracting Authority Indicates That He Has Divided The Order Into Parts By Awarding The Order Ongoing Maintenance Of Roads With Ground Surfaces In Places Requiring Repair In Two Separate Proceedings. The Contract Awarded In This Procedure Is One Of Two Parts Of The Contract. The Landlord, After Analyzing The Scope And The Size Of The Order, As Well As Contractors Who Took Part In This Type Of Contract, Came To The Conclusion That Such Orders Usually Submit Small And Medium -Sized Enterprises To Such Orders. In Such A Situation, The Further Division Of The Order Into Parts Is Unprecedented, Because:- It Will Not Cause Difficulties In Fair Competition By Reducing The Chances Of Participating In The Subject Proceedings By Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises,- Would Increase The Costs Of Performing The Contract As A Result, Threatening Excessive Costs Of Performing The Entire Order. When Dividing The Order Into Subsequent Parts, Each Of The Contractors Would Have To Set Up Indirect Construction Costs, I.E. Costs Related To: Equipment Mobilization, Construction Facilities, And Management. In The Event Of A Contract With One Contractor Of The Abovementioned The Costs Are Folded Out Of The Entire Order And Therefore May Be Lower Than When They Apply To Individual Parts Of The Order Carried Out By Various Contractors. Considering The Above Actions Of The Employer, They Will Not Make It Difficult To Make Fair Competition In The Field Of Participation In The Proceedings Of Small And Medium -Sized Enterprises. 5. The Contractor, By Performing The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works, May Not Cau
