The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Renovation And Maintenance Of The Fire Tower With Inv. 291/270 Located In The Przedbórz Forest District In Nosalewice Forestry. The Tower Is Located In The Province. Łódź, Area Radomszczański, Commune Przedbórz, Within The Registration Of Whistles, On The Plot No. 325 (Id Of The Record Plot 101211_5.0022.325). The Objective Tower Is A Spatial Structure Made Of Angular Steel Elements, Constituting Curbs And Cruise. The Core Of The Tower Is 32 M Above Sea Level. And It Consists Of Modular Segments With A Constant Coincidence. Individual Sections Of The Tower Shaft Are Connected Via Screw Connectors. The Tower Is Founded On 4 Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Foundations. Equipment Consists Of Communication Routes (Hatch Ladders And Platforms On Floors). An Observation Cabin With A Gallery Is Located At The Top. The Whole Structure Is Protected By Anti -Corrosion By Tinning And Painting. Currently, The Tower Acts As A Carrier Of Fire Monitoring Devices. As Part Of The Task, It Is Planned To Conduct, Among Others The Following Works: 1) Cleaning The Entire Tower Structure, 2) Painting The Entire Tower Structure (Approx. 350 M2), Double -Layer, I.E. Undercoat + Outer Layer, 3) Renovation Of The Top Part Of The Foundations Of The Tower To The Level -0.4 M Below The Ground Level, 4) Replacement Of Bridge Grilles, 5) Replacement Of Corroded Screws, 6) Dismantling Of A Rubber Floor, Cleansing And Anti -Corrosion Protection Of The Observation Cabin Structure, 7) Renovation Of The Lightning Grounding Installation Together With Measures Of Lightning Grounding Resistance. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Contained In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, The Bill Of Quantities - Constituting Attachments To Swz. The Contractor Will Provide A Minimum Of 36 Months Warranty From The Date Of Completion Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicated In The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract. Regulations For Granting The Warranty And Warranty As Well As Obligations Arising From The Guarantee Granted And The Warranty Were Presented In Detail In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex 9 To Swz And In The Warranty Card, Constituting An Attachment To The Template Of The Contract.
