1. Subject Of The Contract: Provision Of Accommodation Services At The Hotel Of The Four -Star Category In 2025 And 2026 For The Needs Of The National Forum Of Music Witold Lutosławski. 2. The Hotel In Which The Services Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Provided Must Have A Four -Star Category - Granted On The Basis Of The Decision Of The Marshal Of The Lower Silesian Voivodship To Grade The Hotel To The Appropriate Category Pursuant To Art. 38 Of The Act Of August 29, 1997 On Tourist Services. 3. The Contractor May Offer The Provision Of Accommodation Services At A Hotel Not More Than 1000 M On Foot From Nfm, Pl. Wolności 1, Wrocław - The Abovementioned The Distance Will Be Verified Using Google Maps. The Offer Of The Object In Which Accommodation Services Will Be Provided More Than 1000 M Will Be Rejected Due To The Fact That Its Content Is Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order, I.E. Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Pzp.4 Act. The Hotel Where Accommodation Will Be Provided Must Have A Minimum Of 110 Rooms And A 24 -Hour Reception With An Employee. Each Room Must Be Equipped With A Separate Bathroom, Wireless Internet Connection, Towel Set. Breakfast Is To Be Served In The Form Of A Buffet, And Their Cost Must Be Included In The Price Of The Room. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz). 6. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of The Contract, As The Performance Of These Activities Is Not About Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 §1 Of The Act Of On June 26, 1974, The Labor Code. 7.
