3.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is To Draw Up A Draft General Plan Of The Sulejów Commune In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 27 March 2003. On Spatial Planning And Development, And In Particular With The Provisions Of Art. 13A - K And 13M, As Well As Executive Provisions To This Act, Including: 1) Assessing The Existing Development Status And Preparing A Balance Of Areas Intended For Development, 2) Developing A General Plan Of The General Plan, 3) Substantive Preparation Of Substantive Formal And Legal Documents (Required By Law, Notifications, Announcements And Announcements: On Access To Public Consultations And The Draft Plan And Other Necessary As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, Messages Regarding The Development Of A Draft Plan, Opinions And Arrangements, And To Cooperate In Conducting The Procedure And Documentation Of Planning Works), 4) Preparing Materials And Letters In Order To Obtain Opinions And Arrangements, Including The Municipal Urban And Architectural Commission, 5) Participation In Meetings, Meeting In The Event Of A Circumstance Justifying Explanations, In Particular When Agreing And Giving Opinions On The General Plan Of The General Plan With Units Indicated In The Law, 6) Introducing Any Changes Arising From Arrangements, Repeating The Procedure To The Necessary Extent, If Necessary, 7) Analysis And Development Of A List Of Obtained Arrangements And Opinions, 8) Physical Participation In Open Meetings, Experts Or Workshops, Outdoor Meetings, Outdoor Meetings, Outdoor Meetings. Studio, Designer Duty, Interviews, Preparing Surveys And Geoankiet, Collecting Comments, Conducting A Consultation Point (Way, Place And Deadline Set With The Ordering Party) Related To The Solutions Adopted In The Plan Of The Plan As Part Of Conducted Social Consultations, Including Submitting Explanations To Those Interested (Written Or Oral), 9) Preparation (In Agreement With The Ordering) Letters, Surveys, Geoankiet, Advertisements, Announcements, Notifications And Others In The Procedure For Preparing A Plan Specified In Art. 13I Para. 3 Of The Above -Mentioned Act, Including In Social Consultations Referred To In Art. 8I - 8K Of The Act, 10) Drawing Up A Report Summarizing The Course Of Public Consultations, Containing In Particular A List Of Comments Submitted Together With The Proposal To Consider Them And Justification, As Well As Protocols From Activities Carried Out As Part Of The Consultation, 11) Analysis Of Comments Submitted To The General Plan Of The General Plan Together With The Proposal To Consider Them By The Mayor Together With Justification, 12) Presentation Of The Plan Of The Plan And Participation In Public Consultations On The Subject Solutions Adopted In The Project, During Meetings Of The Municipal Urban And Architectural Commission And Participation In Meetings With The Participation Of Councilors (Committees Of The Commune Council And Sessions), 13) Preparing The Justification Of The Plan In Accordance Wit
