Quotation are Invited for Elevator Annual Maintenance contract Scope of Work for K Swro Elevator Annual Maintenance contract.services for One Otis Elevator Located at K Swro Plant in Dewa Jabal a Lipower Plant: The Work will Include Routine Maintenance, with Monthlymaintenance (12 Times a Year) for each Elevator. It Also Cover Stroubleshooting, Repair, and Replacement of Spare Parts, as Well Asattending Emergency Breakdowns 24/7 with a Response Time of 60-9 0minutes.the Service Includes Half Yearly Load Tests and Third-Partyinspections(Twice) to be Done in December 2025 and June 2026 to Complywith Dubai Government regulations.additionally, the Contractor will Provide One Safety Emergency Rescuetraining Session for De Wa staff.the Service Contract will be for a One Year Period, from August 2025 Toaugust 2026 Standard Terms & Conditions 1) Prices should be Ddp Delivery Duty Paid at Dewa Stores. 2) Quotation to be Submitted only in Local Currency u.a.e Dirhams 3) Dewa Standard Payment Terms is 30 Days Credit from the Date of Acceptance of Material 4) No Dewa Staff or His or Her Relatives up to Third Degree should have Ownership or Partnership in Your Company, and Your Participation in Dewa Tenders / Rfqs should not Constitute a Conflict or Perceived Conflict of Interest.
