Damages Have Been Identified Separately On The Waterproofing System And Lightning Protection Installation. The Lining Around The Dormers And Chimneys Are Compromised, Which Creates A Prerequisite For Moisture Penetration. Snow -Holding Elements Are Highly Corroded And Partially Disconnected, Which Significantly Reduces Their Efficiency And Creates The Risk Of Uncontrolled Snow Mass Landing. The Purpose Of The Intended Construction Works Is To Replace The Roof Covering, Including The Delivery And Installation Of A New Thermal Insulation System, Lt Sheet Metal With Polyester Protective Coating, New Cladding, As Well As Complete Restoration Of The Functionality Of The Dashes, The Chimney Sections, The Lightning Protection Installation And The Snow Retention System.
