Delivery Of Diesel Engines, Winter, Class E, Mineral Without Biocomponents, According To Art. 50, Para. 1 Of The Renewable Energy Act. The Estimated Amount Is Up To 144 900 Tonnes ± 0.5 % And The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Conclude A Contract Up To The Amount Of The Financial Resources Provided. Diesel Fuel Shall Comply With The Indicators Specified In Annex No. 2 To Art. 6, Item 2 Of The Ordinance On The Requirements For The Quality Of Liquid Fuels, Conditions, Order And Manner Of Their Control. Delivery Is Made On A Schedule Specified By The Contracting Authority. Delivery Is Made By Rail Transport And/Or By Product Pipeline. The Amount Of Fuel Is Determined By A Massive Flow Meter Indicated By The Contracting Authority. Each Batch Or All In One Tank Shall Be Accepted After Grading Carried Out By A Commodity Control Company Determined By The Contracting Authority, And The Cost Of Qualification Being At The Expense Of The Contractor. The Delivery Time Is Up To 12 (Twelve) Months From The Issuance Of A Warehouse Record For The Fuel Deposit In A Warehouse Registered In Accordance With Art. 38 Of The Lca. The Method And Conditions Of Payment Are Detailed In The Order-Specific Order. On The Grounds Of Art. 79, Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contract Is Concluded According To The Rules Of The Respective Exchange. According To The Order-Specification, At Least One Contract Should Be Concluded.
