Expression of Interest are invited for Climate-Resilient Urban Investment Planning in Madagascars Large Cities The objective of this project is to support six major Malagasy citiesToamasina, Antsirabe, Mahajanga, Fianarantsoa, Toliara, and Antsirananain integrating climate resilience into their urban investment planning. The assignment includes the development of a practical guidance note and toolkit, including a Decision Support System (DSS), to help municipalities assess climate risks and prioritize resilient infrastructure investments. It also involves preparing three-year investment plans for each city that reflect local priorities and incorporate climate adaptation measures. The work will be carried out in close coordination with local and national stakeholders over a 12-month period.
