Expression of Interest are invited for Design of the Rural Prosperity Portfolio in India The World Bank Group (WBG) in India supports central and state governments in advancing rural transformation, improving agricultural productivity, promoting farmer incomes, and strengthening food systems. Given the breadth and complexity of reform processes, the unit requires agile, high-quality consulting support across multiple areas inter alia digital systems monitoring, evaluation, and adaptive learning, and strategy development, policy engagement, and stakeholder coordination. The objective is to provide technical, analytical, and coordination support to the WBG team in India across its core areas of engagement. The firm will work in consultation with the WBGs Agriculture and Food Global Practice and International Finance Corporation to support strategy development, results-based management, adaptive learning, and stakeholder dialogue. This includes shaping and implementing digital solutions, strengthening monitoring and evaluation systems, and contributing to the design and delivery of sectoral strategies and policy engagements, all with the goal of enhancing the quality, responsiveness, and impact of the WBGs rural transformation agenda.
