Tenders Are Invited For Modernization And Creation Of A Professional Laboratory At The State Schools Of Construction In Bytom.

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Project Documentation And Based On Its Basis For Construction Works For The Task Entitled Modernization And Creation Of A Professional Laboratory At State Schools Of Construction In Bytom. The Order Of The Contract Will Therefore Be Carried Out In The Design-Buduj System. The Scope Of The Task Includes In Particular: 1) The Construction Of A One -Story Pavilion Connected To Existing Buildings With A Connector, 2) Modernization Of Existing Workshop Buildings, Including: Wall Insulation, Foundation Insulation, Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery, Replacement Of Radiators And Sources Blacharski, 3) Expansion And Modernization Of The Sewage And Water Supply System, Central Heating And Electrical Installation Installation, Including Lighting And Mechanical Ventilation, 4) Reconstruction And Access. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant The Employer To The Subject Of The Contract Performed With A 60 -Month Warranty And Warranty From The Day Of Final Acceptance Of Construction Works. The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty And Warranty Period, Which Will Be Evaluated As Part Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Employ On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of The Labor Code - All Persons Performing Construction Works Such As Dismantling, General Construction, Assembly, Installation, And Other Construction Works Listed In The Prejudice Prepared By The Contractor Under The Subject Of The Contract, For Which The Rights Are Not Required. Above The Obligation Does Not Apply To Entrepreneurs Personally Performing Any Of The Abovementioned Works, Cooperating Persons Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 13 October 1998 On The Social Insurance System, As Well As The Incumbent Members Of The Managing Or Supervisory Authorities Of The Contractor, Partners Of A General Partnership Or Partner Company To The Extent That They Will Personally Perform The Service To The Contracting Authority Or Contractor. The Above Is Used According To Subcontractors. Determining The Method Of Documenting Employment Of These Persons, The Contracting Authoritys Rights In The Scope Of Compliance And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Were Specified In The Proposed Contractual Provisions. 4. The Purchaser Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Perform A Key Part Of The Contract By The Contractor In Person. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Subcontractors Order. The Contractor Should Indicate In The Offer Part Of The Contract, Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of Possible Subcontractors If They Are Already Known. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Liability For Proper Performance Of The Contract. 5. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Offers. The Contracting Authority Did Not Share The Procedure Into Parts, Because The Subject Of The Cont
