1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Rooms On The Ground Floor Of The Krus Off -Road Building Building In Jelenia Góra At Al. John Paul Ii 13 With An Area Of 150 M², Covering The Customer Service Room, Two Doctors Offices And A Toilet For People With Special Needs, In Accordance With The Guidelines In Terms Of The Standard Of Visualization Of Buildings Of Krus Organizational Units. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In The Planned Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting Part Of The Swz And In The Technical Documentation Constituting Part Iv Swz: Technical Design, Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb). 3. The Employer Points Out That The Basis For Calculating The Flat -Rate Price Of The Offer Is The Technical Documentation Referred To In Point 2 And The Requirements Specified In The Contract. 4. Work Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards, Technical And Quality Conditions, Construction Art, Health And Safety Regulations And Fire Protection. 5. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Overall Implementation Of The Task, Including The Course And Timely Performance Of The Contract. 6. The Contracting Authority Requires From The Contractor To Perform Due Diligence, Understood As The Care Of A Professional In The Activities Covered By The Subject Of The Contract. 7. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum Of 36 -Month Warranty On The Subject Of The Contract, Calculated From The Date Of Receipt Of The Entire Order Confirmed By The Final Acceptance Protocol Without Comments And Repairing Any Defects And Defects In The Warranty Period. 8. The Employer Points Out That The Examples Of Own Names Of Products Or Manufacturers Used In The Documentation - Attachments To Swz Regarding Specific Models, Systems, Elements, Materials, Devices, Etc.
