1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Clearing Of Waste From Plot No. 231 Podkillets, The Sokółka Commune, The Podlasie Voivodship Along With The Transfer Of Waste (In Accordance With The Decision Of The Regional Director For Environmental Protection In Bialystok, Sign: Law. 2. Waste In The Abovementioned Plots Include: Used Agricultural Tires, Plastics, Asbestos Containing Building Materials, Mixed Waste From Construction, Renovation And Disassembly, Unsorted (Mixed) Municipal Waste, Glass, Packaging For Glass. There May Also Be Other Types Of Waste, But They Are Not Visible. The Area From Which The Waste Will Be Collected Should Be Compensated (Including Collecting The Remains Of Impurities, Won). 3. The Collected Waste Will Be The Property Of The Contractor And Should Be Transferred To The Place Of Their Disposal, Recovery Or Processing In Accordance With The Hierarchy Of Waste Management. 4. The Service Should Be Performed In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Law, In Particular The Provisions Of The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste - Hereinafter Referred To As The Act On Waste. 5. The Contractor Undertakes To Transfer To The Employer Required By Law Of The Waste Transfer Cards. 6. The Scope Of Work, Subject To: 1) Cleaning The Property, Loading Of Waste And Transport To The Development Site, 2) Transfer Of Waste For Development And Paying The Costs Of Their Acceptance, 3) Transfer To The Contracting Authority ,, Waste Transfer Cards , 4) Installation Of 3 Information Characters Informing About Monitoring And Prohibition Of Throwing Waste. 5) Performance Of Photographic Documentation Confirming The Service. Completing All Formal Requirements Related To The Performance Of The Service Belongs To The Contractor. 8. The Contractor Declares That He Has Made A Local Vision Of The Work Area And Its Surroundings, He Became Acquainted With The Facts Of The Area Covered By The Subject Of The Contract On Site And Obtained At His Own Responsibility And Risk, All Additional Information That May Be Necessary For The Performance Of The Contract And Does Not Raise Any Objections As To The Scope Of Work. 9.
