Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of The Orlik Complex In Ujsoły

1. The Subject Of This Order Are Construction Works, Including The Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Orlik Complex In Ujsoły. 2. Details The Scope Of The Subject Of This Contract Is Specified In Annex 4 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Including Technical Description, Situational Plan, Executive Design - Electrical With Drawings, Technical Specifications For The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Number Of Works (Auxiliary). 3. It Is Desirable That Before Submitting The Offer The Contractor Conducts A Local Vision Of The Area Where The Works Covered By The Subject Of This Contract Will Be Located. Conducting A Vision Is Not A Condition For Submitting An Offer In These Proceedings. The Costs Of Making A Local Vision Of The Construction Site Will Be Borne By The Contractor. 4. Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of This Contract Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With This Swz, Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Draft Contract And In Accordance With The Principles Of Building Art, Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And Norms. The Obligation To Perform Works In Accordance With The Above Documents Does Not Release The Contractor, Among Others From The Obligation To Verify This Documentation During The Duration Of The Contract And Reporting To The Ordering Party Detected In It Defects Or Deficiencies Resulting In The Possibility Of Failure To Comply With The Terms Of The Contract Or Violating The Law. 5. From The Date Of Receipt Of The Construction Site, The Contractor Is Responsible For All Events That Will Occur During The Performance Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Responsible For All The Damage Caused During Construction Or In Connection With The Construction, Unless There Is No Causal Relationship Between The Works And The Damage Caused. The Contractor Will Accept Liability In Particular For: 1) Damage And Consequences Of Accidents Regarding Contractor Employees And Third Parties Staying In The Area Of Works; 2) Damages Resulting From Damage And Other Events In Relation To Works, Equipment Materials And Other Movable Property Related To The Conduct Of Works During The Implementation Of The Subject Of This Contract; 3) Damage Caused By It During The Removal Of Defects In The Period Warranty And Warranty; 4) Improper Protection Of The Construction Site And Admission To The Construction Site Of Unauthorized Persons. 6. The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 99 Para. 5 And Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Pzp Act, Allows Solutions Equivalent To Works, Materials, Systems That Meet The Applicable Standards And Requirements. The Employer Reserves That Wherever In The Content Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Devices Or Materials Should Be Treated In The Description Of This Subject.
