4.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of Maintenance Of Road Lighting Devices, Streets, Pavements, Parks, Fields In The Commune Of Wiązownica, In Order To Keep Them In Proper Technical Condition. 4.2 The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Approx. 1877, Binding And 76 Control Systems, Distributed In The Wiązownica Commune, Remaining On The Property Of The Wiązownica Commune. Lighting Tubes On The Communes Property Are Located In The Sequences Of Provincial, Poviat And Municipal Roads And Public Squares In The Amount Of 1,680 Pcs., Orlik In The Amount Of 117 Pcs, In The Amount Of Cemeteries In The Amount Sports In The Amount Of 62 Pcs Existing Lighting Fixtures For New Led Luminaires, 2) Taking Over New Light Points (Added During This Contract), Installed In The Municipality Of Wiązownica, 3) Checking Of The Condition Of Visible Parts Of The Cables, Their Connections, Lighting Columns And Accessories (Lighting, Lighting Sources, Closures Of Recesses In Poles, Pillar Surfaces, Pillar Surfaces And Cleaning Surfaces, Etc.), 4) Control Of The Condition Of Security, Control And Measuring Devices, 5) Inspection Of Ignition Systems Of Lighting Fixtures, 6) Performing Measurements Of Insulation And Effectiveness Of Anti -Tire Protection, And Removal On A Regular Basis Found During Defects, 7) Replacement Of Damaged Booms, Doors And Pillar Fuse Boards, 8) Adjustment Road Lighting, 9) Repair Of Dashboard, Lighting Wardrobes (Replacement Of Locks, Bolts, Doors) And Equipment (Clocks, Fuses, Switches, Contactors, Etc.), 10) Replacement, Renovation Of Cable And Overhead Lines And The Location Of Their Damage, 11) Trimming The Branches Of Trees Covering The Lighting Fittings And The Lighting Stream, As Well For Overhead Lines, 12) Control Of Lighting And Off Lighting Time, 13) Maintaining All Light Fixtures At Fixed Hours, In Reference To Sunrise And Sunset, 14) Checking The Foundation And Restoring The Verticality Of Lighting Poles, 15) Painting And Maintenance Of Metal Lanterns, Switchboards And Cabinets As Well As Lighting Columns. 4.4.4.4.4 The Employer May Order The Clocks To Be Set By The Indicated Time To Switch/Off Individual Lighting Circuits. 4.5 The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Repair Damage Caused To Third Parties Related To The Implementation Of The Order. 4.6 Lighting Equipment Failures Will Be Reported By An Employee Of The Wiązownica Commune Office By E-Mail, By Phone Or Fax. 4.7 The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove Them Immediately, Not Later As In The Time Offered In The Offer From The Acceptance Of The Application Or Within The Deadline Agreed With The Principal. 4.8 Removal In The Maximum Time Offered In The Offer From The Moment Of Receipt Of The Application, Cases Of Lighting Luminaires Except When This Light Is Agreed With The Employer, Along With The Return Confirmation Of Removal To The Employer; 4.9 Replacement Or Repair At The Time Offered In The Offer, Cable, Overhead Line, An Element Of The Cable, Overhead (Muff,
